Insurance Information

We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. A superbill is an itemized form with details on services provided. Please note, a superbill will have a diagnosis on it in order for insurance to possibly cover the services.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan by providing them a superbill.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Is telehealth covered under my plan?

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

How much is covered per therapy session?

How much is covered for an out of network provider?

Do I need pre-authorization from my primary care physician?

We are only accepting credit card payments at this time. We do accept HSA/FSA payment but will require a back up credit card in the case that the HSA/FSA does not cover mental health services. Please check with your employer to identify your benefits.
